I've finally decided it's time to "cleanse" my workout DVD collection and you could reap the benefits. In case you missed my review of Bob Harper's Inside Out Method Cardio Conditioning and Super Strength workout DVDs, you can find it here.
While these are not my favorite workout DVDs, they just might be yours. They've both earned almost 5-star reviews on Amazon, so it's probably me who is the strange one. Lucky you!
I'm giving away both of these gently used DVDs.
Want to win?
Everyone gets one chance at winning each DVD. Here's how:

ReplyDeleteI don't want them, but I had this same idea of giving away work out DVDs that I hate :)

ReplyDeleteMy cardio workout is walking to the kitchen. I need these dvds :)
ReplyDeleteStrength! Very cool!
ReplyDeleteI love Bob's DVDs - cardio cardio cardio!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite Strength DVDs is the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt.
ReplyDeleteUm, I want both? I love Bob - hopefully his DVDs are as good as his BL training. Cardio!
ReplyDeleteStrength.
ReplyDeleteDear God I could seriously use anything that promises to increase my strength!
ReplyDeleteStrength!
ReplyDeleteAnd Cardio!!
ReplyDeleteThe "Inside Out" DVD would give me another option as I try to get my cardio in this winter! My main form of cardio is running, but I'm a weather wuss, so this would be perfect!
ReplyDeleteThe strength DVD would help me reach my goals of including more strength workouts into my daily routine!
ReplyDeleteI need to do this too. Somewhere I have Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease. It's crap cardio (oh yeah, that counts).
ReplyDeleteThe strength DVD looks suspicious. I may need it to mock it.
ReplyDeleteI had a great cardio workout this morning, 4miles on the elliptical!
ReplyDeleteI also did my usual Upper and Lower body STRENGTH training workout
ReplyDeleteI just started doing cardio again this week after too long of a break. Got the run in though!
ReplyDeleteI love the strength of the collars you make! I got the pig and grinch collars for my dog for Christmas (she is a real puller) and the collars have held up great! I might have to buy some more...
ReplyDeleteP.S. I LOVE the collars! They are SO cute!
I'm currently looking into some kind of cardio work out this sounds right up my alley...
ReplyDeleteI need strength!!!!!!!!
